PRODUCTION TIME

Usually custom orders take me about 4-6 weeks to process, depending on the overall amount of orders. Portraits ususally take longer. 

In my website you will find a listing called "Skip The Line", that means I will prioritise your order and get it done much faster.

If you buy only dog chews then the production time is about a week depending on the stock i have.

SHIPPING METHOD

All items are shipped from Finland with priority mail and no tracking. Price depends on the total weight of the package. I have counted the antler chew weights so that the package would be max full without paying more.

Europe - 3,95 €

Shipping prices for Large and XL dog tag:

Finland - 4,20 €

Europe - 5,10 €

International - 10 € / around 11,66 USD

Estimated shipping times to Europe is 4-10 days, USA, Canada, Australia, Asia - 14-28 days. 

UPGRADE

If you want to upgrade to Express and tracked shipping then please choose that option at checkout. Express shipping is available in Europe, Asia and Australia and it means that the package would get there faster.
